Robert M. Greenbaum is a Partner of Smith Giacometti. He concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, insolvency and creditors' rights, representing debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, unsecured creditors and other interested parties, including buyers and sellers of assets, involved in commercial bankruptcy, insolvency and workout cases.

For seventeen years prior to joining Smith Giacometti, Rob practiced at Saul Ewing LLP, as a Partner since 1999, in the firm's nationally-recognized Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department.

Mr. Greenbaum is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association where he serves on the Board of Directors and as a Vice President in charge of membership for the Philadelphia Chapter. He also serves on the Board of Directors and as President of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project, a pre-eminent bankruptcy pro bono program. He frequently lectures and writes on bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues.
